Sifa Za Kujiunga Na Chuo Cha Utumishi Wa Umma ( Tanzania Public Service College Entry Requirements): Tanzania Public Service College also known as Chuo Cha Utumishi Wa Umma was established in 2000 to provide comprehensive training for members of Tanzania’s public service.

Its establishment was spurred by the need for an autonomous, financially sustainable institution to meet the changing needs of the public service resulting from ongoing reforms. The college offers a wide range of training courses for public servants and also conducts research on issues related to the public service.

Tanzania Public Service College TPSC currently has six campuses, located in Dar es Salaam, Tabora, Mtwara, Singida, Tanga and Mbeya. The Institute offers a variety of certificate and diploma programs as well as three-year bachelor’s degrees in a number of different areas, including Human Resource Management and business administration. These programs are designed to meet the needs of both public and private sectors across Tanzania.

Sifa Za Kujiunga Na Chuo Cha Utumishi Wa Umma Certificate Courses NTA level 4

• Certificate of Secondary Education (CSE)-Form IV with at least Four (4) passes excluding religious subjects.
• Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV) with at least two passes and having NVA level 2 certificates in the relevant field of study.

Sifa Za Kujiunga Na Chuo Cha Utumishi Wa Umma Technician Certificate Courses – NTA level 5

• Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education (ACSE)-Form six graduate with at least one principal pass or more excluding religion subjects.
• Holder of Certificate of secondary education with Basic Technician Certificate ( NTA level 4) in relevant courses recognized by NACTEVET
• Holder of Certificate of Secondary Education with at least two passes and having NVA level 3 certificates in the relevant field of study

Entry Qualification for Ordinary Diploma NTA level 6 At Tanzania Public Service College

• Form four graduate with Technician Certificate in relevant courses recognized by NACTEVET

Tanzania Public Service College Entry Qualification for Higher Diploma NTA level 7

• Applicant must be a holder of Ordinary Diploma NTA Level 6 in relevant courses recognized by NACTEVET or form six graduate with at least two principal passes.

Entry Qualification for Bachelor Degree NTA level 8

• Applicants must be a holder of Higher Diploma NTA Level 7 in relevant courses recognized by NACTEVET
