To be accepted into different NTA Level 4 and level 5 courses offered at the National College of Tourism, applicants must be the holder of the certified Certificate of Secondary Education ( CSEE) with four passes (D)from non religious subjects.
Sifa za Kujiunga Na Chuo Cha Utalii Ordinary Diploma in Hospitality Management
Ordinary Diploma in Hospitality Management: Form four graduate with four (4) passes from non-religious subjects Or holder of Basic Technician Certificate (NTA Level 4) in Hospitality Operations, Hotel Management, Food and Beverage services, Food Production/Cookery, Pastry and Bakery, Housekeeping and Laundry With 2.0 GPA and above OR Form Six graduate with at least one principal pass and one subsidiary.
Sifa za Kujiunga Na Chuo Cha Utalii Ordinary Diploma in Travel and Tourism
Ordinary Diploma in Travel and Tourism: Form four graduate with four (4) passes excluding religious subjects and holder of Basic Technician Certificate in Travel and Tourism Operation, Tour guiding operations, Tourism Management, Tourism and Marketing, and Cultural Tourism With 2.0 GPA and above OR Form six graduate with at least one principal pass and one subsidiary.
Admission Criteria Into Ordinary Diploma in Travel and Tourism
Ordinary Diploma in Travel and Tourism – Upgrading: Form four graduate with four (4) passes excluding religious subjects and holder of Technician Certificate (NTA Level 5) in Travel and Tourism Operation, Tour guiding operations, Tourism Management, Tourism and Marketing, and Cultural Tourism with GPA 2.0 or above.
