Who qualifies for the NSFAS Bursary?
All South African citizens intending to pursue their studies in 2023 or already enrolled at a public university or a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) college are eligible for an NSFAS bursary, provided that they meet certain requirements.
- People who receive SASSA grants automatically meet the criteria of NSFAS financial eligibility.
- The total earnings of your household does not exceed R350 000 per year
- Persons with a disability who earn less than R600 000 annually as a collective household income.
- Must have a valid email address and cell phone number
