After the exercise of reviewing job applications due to the Job Announcement dated 19/07/2022, the Executive Director of Songwe District Municipality expects to conduct interviews for the position of Driver, Village Executive and General Secretary.

All applicants whose name appears on the list of names called for interview at songwe district council should consider the following important instructions.

  • The practical interview for the position of Driver will be held on 20/11/2022 starting at 1.30 am and on 21/11/2022 the oral interview (for those who will pass the screening), will be held at the Songwe District Council Hall.
  • The interview for the position of Executive Secretary will be held on 20/11/2022 starting at 1.30 in the morning and on 21/11/2022 the Interview (for those who will pass the screening) will be held at the Songwe District Council Hall.
  • The interview for the position of Executive Kipp will be held on 22/11/2022 starting at 1.30 a.m. The Qualifying Interview and on 23/11/2022 the Interview (for those who will pass the Qualifying) will be held at the Songwe District Council Hall.
  • The verification of certificates will start at 1.30 am before the time of the qualifying examination starts.
  • Bring identification for identification, such as a Nida ID. Resident ID, Voter’s ID, Driving Licence, Passport or letter of identification from the Local Executive / Kipp you are from.
  • Bring original and valid certificates from the fourth, sixth and diplomas depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
  • On the Driver’s side, you must bring a valid License.
  • Bring original birth certificate.
  • Testimonials, Provisional Results slip, Statement of Results, Fourth and Sixth Form Results will NOT be accepted.
  • Each interviewee will pay for food, travel and accommodation.
  • For all applicants whose names did not appear in the hill advertisement, they should note that their application was unsuccessful.
