The Executive Director of the Singida District Council is announcing the applicants for the job positions of Assistant Archives Level II who met the criteria due to the job advertisement with reference no. SDC/B.1150/PART “E”/136 dated 26/09/2022 that the interview is expected to take place on 22/11/2022 to 23/11/2022 at the Ilongero Secondary School hall.

Those candidates who will pass the screening test, their names will be posted on the Singida District Council website (Singidadc.go.tz) and will be posted on the notice boards of the Singida District Council.

In addition, all candidates whose name appear on the list of Names Called For Interview At Singida Dc should bring their original certificates on the day of the interview along with the following instructions, –

  1. Birth Certificate.
  2. Education Certificate (Fourth Form/Sixth Form).
  3. Certificate of training and Skills studied.
  4. Interviewees who studied abroad must have certification from NACTE and TCU.

  6. One of the following IDs, NIDA ID, voter’s ID, driver’s license, passport or for those who do not have the aforementioned IDs, bring their NIDA numbers along with letters of identification from the Executive with photos.
  7. Those with the result documents (Testimonials, Provisional result, and Result slip) without the actual certificates will NOT be allowed to do the registration.
  8. Each interviewee will be responsible for the costs of round trip fare, accommodation and food costs.
  9. Applicants whose names do not appear in the list attached to the hill advertisement should note that they do not meet the required criteria
