All applicants whose name appear on the list of names called for interview at Sengerema district council must follow the following instructions:-

Every interviewee should come with original certificates, Pass Certificate of Form Four/Six, Professional Certificates (Certificates NTA Level 4 and 5) Along with “Transcript”, For the driver’s, should bring a driver’s license, two photographs ( Passport Size) and Birth Certificate
Each respondent should have a NIDA ID or NIDA number.
Each interviewee will cover the cost of accommodation and food.
An applicant who has studied outside of Tanzania should ensure that his certificates have been verified and approved by NECTA or NACTE.
Each interviewee should have an ID for identification, acceptable IDs Resident ID, voter ID, work ID, Citizenship ID or a letter of identification from the Street/Village Executive with a stamped photo.
Each interviewee should check his name on the List of Interviewees.
Applicants whose names did not appear in the hill advertisement, should note that they did not meet the criteria. So don’t hesitate to apply again when the positions are announced and follow the relevant job conditions.

Note: Being late on the interview venue will disqualify you from the interview. In addition, the applicant who does not have the documents mentioned above will be disqualified.

NB: In order to avoid fraud, the Office of the Executive Director (W) advises all interviewees not to offer bribes of any kind to any party because this exercise will be contested in a transparent and fair manner in accordance with the Law, Rules and procedures of the Public Service.
