Who can apply: Tanzanian citizens with Form Four education and skills in various fields (diploma, degree, or specific professions).

Qualifications:

Citizenship of Tanzania
Minimum age: 18 (Form Four graduates), 25 (skilled workers)
Maximum age: 30 (skilled workers)
Minimum height: 5.4 feet (women), 5.7 feet (men)
Good physical and mental health certified by a government doctor
Disciplined and of good character
No criminal record
Willing to undergo training and work anywhere in Tanzania

Additional Requirements for Specific Groups:

Form Four graduates: No marriage or body marks.
Those in National Building Force (JKT) camps: Letter from squad leader.
Professionals with degrees: Handwritten application, mobile phone number, and documents sent to Commissioner General of Prisons.
