For ease of access, you can click HERE FOR OLAMS Login HESLB. When you’re on the home page, then click on “Apply for Loan,” as shown on the image below and indicate whether you are a NECTA student or a non-NECTA student.

Once you have made your choice of “NECTA” or “Non-NECTA,” You will now be able to see the registration form.
In order to successfully complete the registration process, please make sure that all the required information is filled out accurately. Please pay close attention to each of the designated fields and enter your information as precisely as possible as a single minor mistake may make your application disqualified by HESLB.
Please provide the necessary paperwork in the requested format. Please take the time to review all of your information before officially submitting it.
Make the payment of the application fee. Applicants are required to submit a non-refundable, one-time application fee of TZS 30,000.00/= using GePG via NMB, CRDB, TPB, Vodacom M-PESA, TIGO PESA or AIRTEL MONEY in order to complete the payment process for their applications. To finalize the online application process on the OLAMS website, applicants must print out and sign the corresponding application forms and Loan Agreements, along with attaching all necessary documents. Authentications may then be obtained before uploading into the OLAMS platform.
Submit the printed form, which was previously uploaded into OLAMS, via EMS to the following address: The Executive Director, Higher Education Students’ Loans Board, HESLB House, 1 Kilimo Street, TAZARA Area, Mandela Road, P.O.Box 76068, 15471 Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
3. Await Loan Approval and Disbursement
After submitting your application, the Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB) will review your eligibility and assess your financial need.
