On July 15 Simba SC CEO Imani Kajula has announced that the new Simba SC jerseys for the 2023/24 season will be officially launched at the top of Mount Kilimanjaro. The responsibility of taking the jersey to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro has been entrusted to the Manager of the Information and Communications Department of Simba SC Ahmed Ally.
Kajula said this when Simba SC entered into a partnership with NMB Bank to open accounts for its fans, which will have various benefits, including Simba SC fans who will open a Simba account to get life insurance and low-cost loans.
Kajula said βThe jerseys will be launched on Friday at the top of Mount Kilimanjaro and on Saturday they will be sold, the Lions have done this as a sign that they want the whole of Africa to see the jerseys because Mount Kilimanjaro is the highest point and when you are at the top it is as if you can see the whole of Africa.β
