Tanzania’s Form Five selection process is the way in which students who have completed Form Four (Ordinary Level Education) are chosen for further education through form five schools or technical collages. The education system comprises two levels of secondary education: Form Four (Ordinary Level) and Form Six (Advanced Level). To continue their education at the Form Six level, students need to undergo a selection process.

Simiyu Region was established by Government Announcement (GN) No. 72 dated 02 March, 2012. This region is located in Northern Tanzania, South East of Lake Victoria.
